Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AMZ Carriers, we believe in earning your business every single day. Our policy is built on the principle that you should only pay for services that actually help your business move forward.
1. Our "No Load, No Fee" Guarantee
We do not believe in charging you for work that doesn't result in revenue for your truck.
- Zero Dispatch Fees: If we cannot find a load that meets your specific requirements, you owe us nothing.
- Cancelled Loads: If a broker or shipper cancels a load through no fault of yours before you arrive at the facility, any dispatch fees associated with that load are 100% waived or refunded immediately.
2. Risk-Free Onboarding
We want you to feel confident joining our network.
- Full Refund on Setup: If you pay an initial setup or administrative fee and decide within the first 7 days that our service isn't the right fit—for any reason—we will issue a full 100% refund, no questions asked.
- Documentation Assistance: If we are unable to clear your paperwork with your preferred brokers, you are eligible for a full refund of any onboarding costs.
3. Fair-Play Refund Situations
We stand behind the quality of our dispatching. You are eligible for a credit or refund if:
- Rate Discrepancy: If there is a clerical error in the rate negotiation that results in a lower payout than what was promised in writing, we will refund the difference in our service fee.
- Double Billing: In the event of any billing error, we guarantee a correction and refund within 2 business days.
4. Freedom to Move (Cancellation)
We don't believe in "hostage" contracts.
- Cancel Anytime: You are never locked into a long-term commitment. You can cancel your service at any time with zero hidden cancellation fees.
- No Notice Required: While we appreciate a heads-up, you are free to stop using our dispatch services immediately. You only remain responsible for fees on loads already successfully completed.
5. How to Request a Refund
We make it simple. You don't need to jump through hoops.
